Harput Group is aware that trained personnel is the most important asset of a company and is aiming to develop its personnel while taking into consideration the character, skills and satisfaction of each employee. Our overarching goal is to ensure that highly trained personnel who are able to adjust in accordance with the global changes, who are entrepreneurs and open to renovations are charged with appropriate tasks and provide them with opportunities to develop themselves. As the Human Resources Department we are trying to orient the employees towards developing strategies, take initiatives and to take their duties and results as their own achievements. We are also trying to contribute to the development of Harput Group by assisting the development of personnel individually and developing teamwork to create a synergy.
Performance evaluation process is carried out by the Human Resources department and the manager within the group mutually. Various topics such as the characters and skills of the personnel are covered in the evaluation process. Accordingly the individual goals of the personnel, behaviors in their teams, skills are taken as the basis for the evaluation of their performances in various fields. Evaluating the performance as a group gives us the opportunity to learn the work performance of the employees and to take correct administrational decisions (raises, bonuses, trainings, disciplinary actions, promotions, etc.)
Harput Group sees the human resource as the priority taking into consideration the growing market, dynamic structure and investments made to different sectors. Accordingly work analyses are done for each open position in detail and personnel characteristics are examined deeply. After these analyses we produce our candidate list from the applications made through our website and our own database. After the candidates are determined they are given appointments for an initial meeting with the Human Resources Department. Appropriate candidates cal also be interviewed in foreign languages to see their language skills. The future steps include a last elimination after consulting the managers of departments in order to find if the candidate is suited for the post. Selected candidates are then given job offers.
